How returns work when you buy on Autodiscover.saddlemarket.uk. If the saddle does not match the listing, you as the buyer can open a dispute within 8 days of receiving it. If it cannot be resolved, you send the saddle back to the seller with tracked shipping. You as the buyer pay the return shipping. Once the seller has received the saddle back, you are refunded the purchase price minus the payment fee. The original shipping is not refunded. If you do not get in touch within 14 days of delivery, the purchase counts as approved and the money is released to the seller. With a handover in person, no dispute can be opened with Autodiscover.saddlemarket.uk – look the saddle over carefully before you part. Purchases where the saddle crosses the EU customs border, to or from the United Kingdom or Norway, cannot be returned.
