The Perfectsaddle system is designed with many automated or self service steps to eliminate the communication mistakes, frauds, scammers and result in a better shopping experience following our rules and guidelines.

To list a Saddle for sale is totally free. You can specify a set price or list it for auction.

No communication is allowed outside of the site since we cant track it in case of a dispute. Whatever is said outside the platform doesnt apply when we decide the outcome on an eventual dispute. Not much communication is allowed inside the site neither but there are some functions to solve whats usually needed anyway.

Explaining it simple the purchase process works like this:

Once the buyer decide to buy your saddle in one of your listings the listing will be temporary marked as sold.
Now the buyer have 4 days to transmait the money to Precisionsaddles bank account or your listing will be automatically opened for sale again.
Once the payment is received from the buyer the seller will be notified that Precisionsaddles now hold the money until the buyer received the saddle and approve the purchase.
If the buyer approves the purchase the money is now unlocked and can be paid out to you.
1. If the buyer does not approve the purchase they have open a dispute report within 8 days and send the saddle back if it cant be solved. After that process is done their money get returned to the buyer (Minus comission and fees).
2. If the buyer dont answer at all within 14 days the money will get unlocked in the system automatically and available to the seller.
The seller now have to request a payout by filing a simple form with IBAN information and the payment shall be on the sellers bank account within 2-5 days.

The comission: Perfectionsaddle charge 2% on sale price and IBAN transfers normally cost 3 Euro

All theese steps above is an automated process within the Prefectionsaddles system made for the only purpose to eliminate the things that can go wrong and lead to dissapointment. Both the buyer and the seller will be notified by email on every step the purchase moves in this process. It's all visible within the system to watch live. Email shall not be considered your primary choise of information its only there to help. Its the information within the system that applies.

Who pays freight: The buyer choose between different freight options and pays the freigh + the freight if the product is returned.

Freight options: Only trackable and insured deliveries are acceptable. Breaking this rule will most like lead to you loosing your money.

Meeting in person: Sometimes the seller and the buyer lives close to eachoter and decide to deliver the saddle or pick it up. Thats totally ok but in those cases a dispute cant be opened at Prefectionsaddles. The deal is considered done at that point from our end.
